·    Lead creative for all of the Mainstreet portfolio at Capital One.

·    Responsible for leading large scale projects with substantial financial impacts—redesigning the Platinum card and national campaign launches among others.

·    Established a testing system to incorporate behavioral insights in a variety of ways including in-market testing, A/B testing, usertesting.com, and traditional interviews.

·    Used testing, data, and research to shape creative strategy, both to guide the work on the team as well as the work done by our agencies.

·    Managed and mentored an agile cross-functional creative team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and an associate creative director.

·    Partnered closely with business and strategy teams to come up with creative, inventive, and effective marketing that targeted the customer during all phases of the life cycle, from acquisitions to customer retention.

·    Worked in an Agile environment and across a multitude of channels and platforms, creating marketing for CapitalOne.com, Facebook, microsites, landing pages, direct mail, print invitations, video scripts, virtual reality scripts, and emails among others.
